Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of all services provided by AI Takes Axion Ltd. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy in full. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Purpose

This Policy exists to ensure that all use of our services — including AI automation, website hosting, SEO, email marketing, and associated platforms — is lawful, ethical, and does not expose the Company, its clients, or third parties to legal, reputational, or operational risk.

Permitted Use

You may use the services solely for legitimate business purposes, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, and this Policy and all related agreements.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal Activity

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation
  • Engaging in fraud, deception, or misleading practices
  • Promoting illegal products, services, or activities

Spam & Unlawful Marketing

  • Sending unsolicited communications without proper consent
  • Violating UK GDPR, PECR, or equivalent regulations
  • Engaging in bulk messaging without lawful basis
  • Using purchased or scraped contact lists without valid consent

Misuse of AI Systems

  • Deploying AI in a deceptive or misleading manner
  • Impersonating individuals or businesses without authorisation
  • Using AI to provide false or harmful information
  • Using AI to harass, manipulate, or exploit individuals

Harmful or Abusive Conduct

  • Sending abusive, threatening, or defamatory content
  • Promoting discrimination, hate speech, or harassment

Website & Content Misuse

  • Publishing false or misleading information on Company-hosted websites
  • Publishing content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

System Abuse

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
  • Interfering with or disrupting services, servers, or networks
  • Circumventing security measures or safeguards

Client Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for all communications sent, content published, and data processed through the Company's services. The Company does not monitor all client activity and is not responsible for misuse.

Monitoring & Enforcement

The Company reserves the right to monitor usage where necessary to protect systems and ensure compliance, investigate suspected violations, and restrict, suspend, or terminate services immediately for breaches of this Policy.

Consequences of Breach

Please Note

If the client breaches this Policy, the Company may suspend or terminate services without notice, remove access to systems and data, and take legal action where necessary. No refunds will be issued in the event of a breach.

The client shall be solely liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from misuse of the services.

Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
